Thank you for your interest in becoming one of The Memorial Foundation’s Social Justice Fellows!  The information collected in this application will be evaluated to determine your readiness to engage in the Foundation’s 2022 Social Justice Fellows Program, which will begin in July 2022 and continue through June 2023.  Please make sure you read the application fields carefully and complete it in its entirety.  Responses should be concise yet thoughtful with clear explanations and reasoning, not exceeding the word limit provided.  While there is not a ‘timed out’ feature built into this form, we do encourage you to complete the application in one sitting to avoid loss of data.  All applications and supporting materials are due by 11:59 p.m. ET on July 31, 2022.
